The registration fee is based on the date of the receipt of the registration and the payment in full in accordance with the deadlines mentioned above. Should one deadline be missed, the next applicable fee will be charged automatically.
Trainee specialists - it is necessary to send a confirmation of status to the email address or fax number of the technical organizer
Registration fee includes:
- Admission to onsite scientific sessions and workshops
- Admission to the onsite industrial exhibition
- Congress bag and materials
- Opening ceremony on November 7, 2025
If you do not select accommodation upon registration, supplement to registration fee in the amount of 120.00 EUR will be added to the total amount. Supplement to registration fee is required for people who do not use hotel accommodation and refers to coffee breaks and working lunches.
